Pursuit

Walking slowly

I move swiftly

        thru

    aimless

and

endless

panoramas

of an    

                inner

landscape

        that always skitters....away.

                                                            Recklessly

    Disregarding

and

                                Immune

to the speed

                        of

my

                            pursuit

as I .... pause

and

        wonder:

Why chase

            when

                    you

                            are  always

where you are.
