Livermore Heritage Guild for reminiscence of bygone days

The Livermore Scottish Games began in 2004, started by several members of the local Scottish community, including your (and the Games) webmaster, Jim Jardine. The middle of May was chosen for these Games to not interfere with two critical dates: Mothers' Day and - of course! - The Rodeo. The Games are held in Robertson Park and use part of the Rodeo grounds for the rather large event.
The Games are managed by a volunteer committee and sponsored by the Livermore Parks and Recreation Dept. who receive all of the proceeds to the benefit of the entire Livermore community, including our class by allowing us to use their website.
As the main purpose of borrowing a Livermore-specific website was to advertise the Big 5-0 Reunion, at the end of 2005 the site was moved to Jim Jardine's personal website.
